Injection Technologies’ was Windsor’s “original” mold testing facility, first opening its doors in 1990. At Injection Technologies, you will work with the experts in mold tryout. Staffed by experienced injection molding technologists with an average tenure of 10 years, Injection Technologies has the staff and 11 presses available for your mold tryout.
The well-designed, newly renovated facility provides an observation area for you to view and examine parts as they come off the press. With multiple presses available, you can run parts from your multiple mold/part programs and have them assembled immediately. Expert staff can also run the tryout and ship the mold and tryout samples back to your facility.
With press sizes up to 3500 tons and overhead crane capacity to 50 tons Injection Technologies is able to handle most commercial and automotive injection molds. A 500 ton Bucher thermoset machine is also available for mold tryout.
Our 48,000 square foot facility is ISO 9001 certified and we are minutes from the Ambassador Bridge and the 401.
