Mold Tryout Facilities
Injection Technologies is a full service mold tryout facility. Injection Technologies provides testing services to
automotive and non-automotive mold manufacturers. In its 48,000 sq. ft. facility, Injection Technologies operates
11 injection molding presses with capacity ranging from 130 tons up to 3500 tons and one thermoset press with a
500 ton capacity.
As part designs have become more complex and design tolerances have tightened in recent years, injection mold
manufacturers have experienced increasing requirements for testing and certifying new molding systems.
Injection Technologies has specially designed, computer controlled injection molding equipment which allows mold
manufacturers to efficiently set up and produce test parts while varying all critical injection molding parameters.
As Injection Technologies' equipment is computer controlled, mold tests can be repeated using identical control
parameters on subsequent tests. This helps mold manufacturers reduce the number of tests and the time required to
perfect mold performance.
Our facility offers wireless internet access, and is fully staffed from 7am – 11pm Monday to Thursday, Friday to
9pm and as required Saturday and Sunday.
